Your 7 day Risk-Free trial period begins on the date of your first membership purchase. At any time during the first 7 days of your membership purchase you may request and receive a full refund. Please note, this offer is limited to one free trial per household. This offer is not applicable to membership renewals and subsequent memberships purchased after your initial eHarmony membership. All purchases are subject to the eHarmony Terms and Conditions of Service.

eHarmony Match Guarantee

To help you get started we have tailor-made four Membership Plans & Match Guarantees:

12 Month You will receive a minumum of 12 matches. If we fail to provide you 12 matches during this period we will either issue you a pro-rated refund (based on the number of matches received) of your membership fee or provide you an additional 3 months of service, at no cost to you, at your discretion.
6 Month We guarantee a minimum of 6 matches. If you do not receive at least 6 matches during this period we will extend your membership in additional 3-month increments, at no cost to you, until we have met this commitment.
3 Month We will provide a minimum of 3 matches during this period. If you do not receive this minimum number we will extend your membership in additional 3-month increments, at no cost to you, until we have met this commitment.
1 Month The one month plan provides flexibility and the lowest initial membership fee. You may close your account within the first seven (7) days of your membership, for any reason, and we will issue you a full refund.
