Truly amazing! I've tried other "match.com's" before, with nothing to write home about. Two days after signing onto Perfectmatch, I got a profile from Crista, who was living in Lake Placid, NY. At first, I just thought OK, whatever. I was hoping to meet someone within 25 miles of where I live in Charlotte, NC. Lake Placid was about a thousand miles away. After we exchanged a few emails, I felt the first phone call was like talking to my best friend. Wow! After many more calls, I realized God does work in mysterious ways. So, for someone who didn't want to do the long distance relationship, I hopped a plane to Lake Placid! I have met many people during in my 46 years. While I wasn't overly impressed with her photo (which I found later was to purposely distract), her profile statement spoke volumes. Initially, I balked at having a long distance relationship. If it hadn't have been for this movie, I would have never picked your site out of the millions which are out there. I'd tried several other sites and was VERY discouraged. It truly is amazing after 45 years on this planet, one could feel so blessed and thrilled to have finally met their soul mate. I wasn't a believer before, but I am now! I had heard about Perfectmatch on the Dr. Phil Show. I was home sick with the flu and was watching the show. It intrigued me about the possibilities of whom I may meet, along with being nervous to try this "new" way of meeting people. I filled in the profile information and waited.
